Come join us for the hot new workout ZUMBA using Latin inspired international music, you will have a GREAT time! Burn 500 calories an hour with this cardio based workout. Designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. No dance experience necessary!

We’ve implemented many new features in the design of our new studio. Here are some of the highlights:

• Our sprung flooring system provides protection against shin splints, leg injuries and fatigue.
• The top layer of our floor, made by StageStep, can be seen in professional dance studios nationwide.
• Our studio has two fully-enclosed dance studios for classes to run simultaneously.
• Our front lobby includes large observation windows for spectators to watch while class is in session.
